Job Summary

We’re looking for a highly skilled and experienced Trainer Optometrist to design and deliver training programs for optometrists and other eyecare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

1.Training Program Development: Design, develop, and review training programs for optometrists and other eyecare professionals.

2.Training Delivery: Deliver training programs, workshops, and seminars.

3.Assessment and Evaluation: Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.

  1. Mentorship and Coaching: Provide mentorship and coaching to optometrists and other eyecare professionals.
  2. Industry Collaboration: Collaborate with industry partners and professional associations.

Requirements

  1. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Optometry.
  2. Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in optometry.
  3. Teaching Skills: Excellent teaching and communication skills.
  4. Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the eyecare industry.
